Our historical background as a power generator OEM in the UK and our history with some of the world’s leading engine manufacturers enables us to provide the optimum power solution for every application from small domestic or industrial uses up to multi megawatt power installations. Our experience  includes a broad range of managed services,  passive and active infrastructure maintenance at telecoms sites and data centres, site-build, equipment upgrades, installations, fire suppression, RMS systems, co-locations, telecoms site reticulation, audits and professional services. Sincro are the chosen high-quality supplier for management of the critical elements of MIC Tanzania’s network infrastructure such as data centres and switch sites. We provide end to end service for USCAF solar powered telecom sites in remote locations. Sincro also provide power, electrical and civil works services for a variety of other industries. We are the local and regional maintenance and warranty partner for MTU engines, Himoinsa generators and Vertiv (Formally Emerson) DC power and air-conditioning.

Eligibility

Sincro Sitewatch Ltd is a majority Tanzanian owned company that was incorporated in 2008 and is registered in the Tanzanian Business Registration and licensing Agency  The company is authorised by the Contractors Registration Board as a mechanical and electrical contractor and has recorded continuing corporate growth over the past 10 years. The company is registered under the Tanzanian revenue authority with a given Tax and VAT file number. Sincro Sitewatch also operates and is registered in compliance with the local and International safety governing bodies. The principle Directors have substantial experience and deep understanding of power related products, generators, rectifiers, air-conditioning, renewable energy projects, switch gear, market surveys, telecoms, managed services,  power and electrical installations. Our company has been instrumental in rural electrification power, telecoms and development of regional infrastructure since inception and has an operational footprint throughout mainland Tanzania. We have a regional presence in the neighbouring countries of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.

Warehouse and Workshop or repair facility;

Warehousing and workshops are located in Dar es Salaam and Mbeya regions, Local stores and facilities for minor works are maintained at Arusha, Tanga, Mwanza, Dodoma and Morogoro, in addition we have established local support capacities at crew bases in a multitude of locations in Tanzania.

Qualifications and competency levels of personnel to work on the project;

All field personnel involved in technical works are tertiary qualified to minimum of diploma level and above in a variety of disciplines including electrical, mechanical, electronics, telecommunication, solar energy, computer and civil engineering. Market survey enumerators are, where possible, selected from the regions under survey and would normally be of graduate education level. Senior and supervisory staff have degrees in their respective disciplines. Sincro field staff hold ECITB safety passports. Staff involved on specific projects are mandated to undergo specialist training to enable internationally recognized ECITB technical skills certification in their specific disciplines such as electrical installations, welding, tower erection, etc. Tower crews all graduate to ECITB rigging and working at height safety training passports.
